You'll learn the thyroid-gut connection conventional medicine misses, and how to replenish the key minerals your body needs to actually digest and absorb your food.

Hi! I’m Danielle
I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I spent way too many years feeling like my body was betraying me. Now, I work with women to uncover the real imbalances messing up their gut, hormones, and metabolism, using a root-cause approach that goes far beyond "eat clean and take probiotics."
I created Happy Gut Summer School because every woman deserves to understand how her body works and how to nourish it well.
I believe that common doesn't equal normal, conventional medicine can't offer the root-cause healing you really need, and learning how to fuel your body is the most empowering gift you'll ever give yourself.

The program will be delivered through voice notes, like a podcast that you can listen to while you drive, walk etc. I'll send you two per week for 4 weeks with the information described in the curriculum plus, the action steps I want you to work on that week. I’ll also include short e-books with anti-inflammatory recipes, supplement recommendations and recaps of the audio material for my visual people.
