I’m Danielle and I’ve been where you are. 

After WAY too many years of pushing through extremely painful periods, acne, and irregular cycles, I made it my mission to empower women with the knowledge I wish I’d had sooner.

Through my own health journey, I’ve become obsessed with helping women live a balanced lifestyle that supports their hormones naturally, gives them predictable, pain-free periods, and helps them finally feel amazing in their bodies. In my teens, my doctor put me on the pill. This helped my symptoms but, I later realized that it was only masking them. It wasn’t addressing them at the root cause. My periods also became irregular on the pill, anxiety spike and I developed gut issues that I hadn’t had before.

Doctor after doctor, it became obvious that I wasn’t going to find the root cause in conventional medicine. Every doctor I saw had the same answer, and it was always another prescription for birth control. I quickly realized that doctors didn’t know another way.

But suppressing symptoms isn’t the same as healing, and long-term, it masks what your body is trying to tell you. That realization pushed me to search for real answers.

After completing my training in holistic nutrition, I learned everything I could about women’s hormones, gut health, detoxification and how to support my body during each phase of my menstrual cycle.

Now? My periods are pain-free, my cycles are regular and my skin is clear, all month long. If I could shout one thing from the rooftops, it’s that you can and should feel this way, too.

  • While I can’t guarantee results for anyone, if you follow and implement the recommendations I teach inside the protocol, you’ll understand the root causes of these conditions and how to optimize your hormone health and reduce symptoms. I’ve worked with many 1:1 clients who deal with PCOS and endometriosis (I have endo as well) and they have significant improvement in their quality of life by implementing the tools I teach inside the protocol.

  • The protocol is self-paced. It can be completed in under 3 hours but I encourage you to spend 30-45 minutes a week going through it and implementing the changes at a pace that feels sustainable for you. I designed the program so that the trainings are audio - listen while you drive or walk! This is all about making gradual changes to your nutrition and lifestyle. Take your time and it will feel easy in no-time.
