Danielle


I grew up as a competitive gymnast, always upside down, always pushing my body beyond its limits. After retiring from competition, I spent a decade coaching competitive girls and saw a major gap in knowledge when it came to women’s nutrition and fitness.

Later, while working in education, I began making small, intentional changes to how I ate and took care of myself. The results were undeniable: no more afternoon slumps, no more brain fog, less anxiety and a genuine excitement to show up to work. I felt more energized, more engaged—and it clicked.

This was something I had to share.

With 8 years of firsthand experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, I deeply understand the demands professionals face every day and how vital employee wellbeing is to a company’s success. Your people are your greatest asset. When they thrive, so does your business.
