Nutritionist and teacher with a history of endometriosis, periods that literally took me down for days and gut issues that were brushed off in the conventional health care system.

For years, I desperately wanted to understand why I was having these symptoms so that I could address the root causes rather than settle for the band aids I had been offered by doctors. I knew my pain was my body’s way of communicating with me so I got down to business reading, researching and formally studying nutrition.

Through a lot of trial and error, learning and re-learning, I completely transformed my health.
